Taking care of your health shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why our Annual Wellness Exam brings everything you need into one simple, convenient visit. From lab work and imaging to screenings tailored to your age and gender, this exam is designed to catch potential issues early—before they become serious.

Best of all, it’s covered by most insurance plans. Below are tests available to you, some are additional fees and/or gender age based for coverage.

Standard Wellness Visit

*Coverage based on insurance plan criteria.

3D Screening Mammogram

Multiple X-rays are taken to create a 3D image (Tomosynthesis) of the breast tissue to provide better details and early detection of breast cancer.

Body Mass Index (BMI)

Estimates body fat levels based on height & weight.

Chest X-Ray

Produces images of your heart, lungs, blood vessels, airways and bones of the chest & spine to identify any abnormalities.

Complete Blood Analysis

Provides an overview of your health by evaluating various components of your blood.

Dexa Scan

A quick, painless test that checks how strong your bones are and looks for signs of osteoporosis.

EKG

Records the electrical activity of your heart to check its rhythm and identify any abnormalities.

Gynecologic Exams/Pap Smears

Cells from the cervix are collected by a small device to detect abnormal cells that can result in cervical cancer, HPV, & cervical dysplasia. (May be covered based on gender and age)

Myriad Genetic Testing

This blood test looks at your DNA to identify genes that may cause illness or disease. (Additional fee)

PSA

This blood test measures the level of a prostate-specific antigen in men. A high level can indicate prostate cancer. (May be covered based on gender and age)

Pulmonary Function

By blowing into a device, air intake by the lungs is measured and can diagnose lung disorders like asthma, COPD and pulmonary fibrosis.

Screening Abdominal Ultrasound

Uses sound waves to create images of the abdominal organs to check for any abnormalities.

Screening Carotid & Thyroid Ultrasound

Uses sound waves to create images of the carotid arteries and thyroid to check for blockages, narrowing, or other abnormalities.

Treadmill Stress Test

You walk on a treadmill at increasing speed and incline to monitor your heart rhythm and detect potential heart conditions.

Urine Analysis

Tests a urine sample to check for signs of infection, kidney problems, or other abnormalities.

Galleri Cancer Screening

A blood test that looks for signs of cancer in the body before symptoms appear.

Hearing Screening

Checks your ability to hear different sounds to identify any hearing loss or abnormalities.

VO2 Max Treadmill

This is the gold-standard measurement of endurance and fitness levels with a breathing device connected to the treadmill that analyzes your expired air.
