🛠️ Improvements & Fixes

Features, Providers, and Leadership tile grids center incomplete last rows (2, 3, 5+ items) using the same flex layout pattern as Quick Access. Full rows are unchanged.
Contact form route keys are validated against Site settings on save. Submissions without a key email the default/general route instead of saving silently with no notify.
Public listings and detail pages follow Payload's Publish/Draft control (_status) instead of a second Status field. The legacy Status select is hidden and kept in sync on save.
FAQ block is documented as live, and each FAQ section gets a unique id (optional CMS Section ID, otherwise faq-{block id}).
Icon fields on Features and Quick Access blocks now use a searchable Material Symbols dropdown that shows each glyph next to its name.
Rich-text internal links use the same public paths as the rest of the site (including radiology-home → /radiology/) and can target locations and clinical trials.
Pricing marketing block now renders on the public site (it was addable in the CMS but previously dropped).
CMS SEO fields (title, description, keywords, Open Graph image) now render on public pages, including About/Contact wrappers, news articles, and directory indexes.
Fix Lexical Align Center/Right/Justify on rich-text paragraphs. Image alignment used disableTextAlign={['upload']}, which Payload treats as disabling alignment for every node, so captions stayed left-aligned while images still centered.
Quick Access tiles that do not fill a row (for example five links on a seven-column desktop grid) stay tile-sized and center in the section instead of hugging the left edge.
