Self Referral/Second Opinions

A second opinion can give you the confidence you need to make informed decisions about your care. The goal of a second opinion consult is to make sure you understand your diagnosis and all of the treatment options available.  Whether you are unsatisfied with your current treatment or you just need extra clarity and reassurance, our providers at West Cancer Center are happy to help. Please call us at 901.683.0055, Option 1 and we will be happy to assist you.

Mobile Check-In

Patients will be prompted via text and email to  complete the following tasks using their mobile device days before their appointment:

  •  confirm or cancel appointments
  •  complete required paperwork 2 days earlier
  •  submit co-pays

This process saves you wait time in clinic. If you are unable to use your cell phone for this service – no worries! Our team is always available in clinic for further assistance, please just be sure to arrive 30-45 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete these tasks.

Remote Telehealth Visit

We are proud to offer Telehealth Visits for eligible visits. If you meet the Telehealth Visit criteria listed below and would like schedule this type of appointment, please contact our scheduling team at 901.683.0055, Option 1 or email support@westclinic.com.

* Existing West patient (new patients must meet with your physician in-person)

* Not experiencing new medical issues

* No labs needed

* Have access to a mobile phone, laptop, computer or tablet that has video and audio
